PROJECT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel a project after signing an agreement, please notify us immediately in writing at eternalenergysols@gmail.com. Depending on the stage of the project, any refundable amount will be determined after deducting applicable administrative fees, labor costs, or equipment charges already incurred.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are typically issued to the original method of payment unless requested otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

In the event that you request changes to the original scope of work, additional costs may apply. Refunds will not be applicable for work already delivered as per the previously agreed-upon scope.
